Twitching: I can't comment on your ALS probability but your neurologist can. I can say that muscle twitches can be related to low magnesium levels. Please see a nutritionist or naturally-oriented physician. He/she can test your magnesium level and suggest supplementation. Jigsaw brand magnesium is a good brand if available. Too much of some types can cause the runs. Peace and good health.
