Had twitching for a month. had emg. dr checked 4 limbs, feet, calves thighs, hands, forearms and upper arms as well as neck and under chin. all clear and neuro examination clear. told i have bfs. was/am worried about als ?

Fasicullations : Fasciculations are benign while fibrillating muscles are seen in ALS. Your EMG is reassuring. Magnesium and calcium deficiencies can cause muscular irritability. Check your levels if you haven't already done so.
