Fertile: There is no correlation between you having a mental illness and your fertility. So, yes, of course you can get pregnant with panic disorder. Having anxiety will not affect the baby.

Safe: Anxiety diosrders are among the most common emotional problems people deal with, so if these disorders were incompatible with safe pregnancy we might see a population decline. That said, excessive anxiety may interfere with preparation for parenthood and should be treated with psychotherapy. Some medications can also be safely used while pregnant, but best to avoid that route if possible.
