Vow to do it no more: One use will not likely do lasting bodily harm and from how you feel, I'm thinking you don't look forward to doing it again. So, let that be a guide. Don't try it again. Consider it a learning experience. Stay well hydrated, catch up on your rest. Make social statements about your resolution and move on. If you suffer continued physical symptoms, see a doctor - but you should feel normal soon.

Yes! Stop!: Yes, you should be worried. Go see your family doctor. Hopefully, your headache is just coincidence but just in case, you need to get complete check up. And promise to yourself, your family & your friends that you're never going to do this stuff again. Never ever.

If you cont using, Y: Meth is a very addictive drug. Run the other way. Not sleeping is a normal effect. The headache is probably from the high blood pressure created by the drug, and the lack of sleep, and dehydration. Drink plenty of water. Meth is a seriously dangerous drug. Please find something else to do!!!!!!!!!
