ER visit: if you have not had any sleep in 3d ,ER is the best. I would avoid bright light 1 hr before bed, pick a wake up time and stick with it every day-develop about a 30min process to give a clear msg to body its time for sleep, epsom salts baths may help. 400-500mg magnesium 30min prior to bed a good 1st step
