Workout Vitamins: To my knowledge there are no specific vitamins or minerals that are going to affect your workout. Most people get the required minerals from their diet. As for vitamins, a good multi vitamin found at a nutrition store should cover most vitamins and minerals. I personally take 1200 mg of calcium and 5000 units of vitamin d everyday. Not many people get enough calcium in their diet.
