Purpose?: So you are a 16 urs old male. If you are doing this to stay healthy, this regimen should be sufficient. However if your goal is something else-- like body building etc--- you need to intensify the routine. Consult a fitness expert

Variety: They key is to listen to your body. Proper rest periods are equally important as physical activity in assuming a healthy lifestyle. If you wish to be more active on a daily basis, I recommend a variety of exercises and activities, adequate nutrition and proper rest. Performing the same exercises daily is a set up for injury and is difficult to maintain for an extended period of time.
