No problem: Push ups are an excellent exercise that you can do without purchasing unnecessary equipment. Do as many push-ups as you like. Although regular push-ups are not likely to make your arm muscles big like The Rock, they will tone them and make them more defined. Remember to eat a healthy diet with a good amount of protein, fruits and vegetables. No junk food!
