Exercise: While there's lots of controversy re how to exercise, which exercises to do, how often, in what sequence, the only thing we agree is that, in general, we need to do more. With that said, rest is always a good idea. So consider doing some other exercises on your non-push up days. Cardio perhaps. Even lower extremity exercises. Or upper body exercises that involve different muscle groups than pushup
