Will i gain muscle this way? i'm 16 123-124 lbs 5'5. 4x a week i do about 400 push-ups not in a row on off days i do 2 sets 120 vertical leg crunches

Exercise: Yes you will but be careful about overdoing any exercise as this can cause injuries. Make sure you incorporate other muscle building execises such as chin ups, sit ups and or tricep dips.
