Coffee ground : Coffee ground diarrhea dose not have a relation to diabetes usually. I would suggest that you have a stomach bleed from an upper source and need to get an EGD to rule out a stomach ulcer.

Coffee ground: It is unrelated to the Diabetics. It is likely GI and if short term may be due to gastroenteritis, if chronic may be related to Upper GI bleeding or inflammatory or Mass. Suggest a PCP or GI evaluation
