I had a blood test two days ago where it said my blood sugar was 82. i have ate a lot of sugar in the last two days. is it possible to develop type 2 diabetes in that time span even if i eat healthy from now on?

Your blood sugar was normal, however an isolated blood sugar cannot diagnose or rule out diabetes. Most common forms of diabetes take years to develop, acute events or drugs among others may make it surface abruptly.

No you did not develop diabetes since your fasting blood sugar or 82.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.
