You Are Eggceptional: You're on the right track.Egg whites are chock full of protein and easy to digest. Egg yolks are full of a lot of cool nutrients plus protein. The big dif is cholesterol, which is a complex topic. So until it's straightened out I eat the whites of six eggs and just one of the yolks. Eggs: great idea especially if you are trying to increase your intake of protein. Each egg will provide around 6 grams of protein
