No: Eggs are around 70-80 calories per, so you ate no more than 320 calories for lunch. That is not excessive. Eggs do have high levels of cholesterol in them, so they should be only one part of a balanced diet.

Egg for lunch.: It would probably be OK if you ate this for lunch once weekly at the most, but would not be OK if this was your lunch every day. Too many yolks. Too much fat and cholesterol. Egg whites would be fine.
