Ignorance: Egg yolks are rich in cholesterol but eating eggs has minimal effects on cholesterol levels. The bottom line is not how eggs affect chol. But their effect on risk of heart disease. Eating eggs in moderation does not appear to increase heart disease risk.I can only presume that those who say they're bad don't know the research: http://www.Livescience.Com/39353-eggs-dont-deserve-bad-reputation.Html.

Diet cholesterol: Diet cholesterol like from eggs is better for you than a different cholesterol that may be made from the liver. The cholesterol in eggs also comes with omega 3 healthy fats that are good for your brain and anti-inflammatory.
