Yes, but....: You can do it, but why? Raw eggs can carry infections. There is no benefit to eating an egg (raw or cooked) after a workout. If you're using it to supplement protein intake, just eat a good healthy diet. Egg yolks have lots of cholesterol, but eating cholesterol doesn't increase you serum cholesterol - that's due to intake of saturated or animal fat plus a healthy dose of genetic predisposition.
