Dr did biopsy on my stomach & small intestine& said similar swelling like crohns but said dont have it. is there any disease that can look like it?

Swelling: Isn't a characteristic finding of Crohn's as much as discrete small ulcers are. Inflammation of the stomach and intestine could be gastritis related to medication, infection, ulcer disease, celiac disease, pernicious anemia, etc. The answer is going to be in the report written by the pathologist on the biopsies that were taken during your endoscopy.
