Intestinal granuloma: Parasites and tuberculosis among others check out wikipedia on this however, the overwhelming majority of the time it is crohns.

Sarcoid: There are many diseases including sarcoid which can present as granulomatous lesions.

Have severe intestinal pain for 2 years now. Had mre of small bowel and colonoscopy w/biopsies, stool samples. All normal. Doc says ibs. Could this be crohns? I eat bland and still have pain.
While doing colonoscopy and endoscopy they took biopsy to rule out crohns, even if cancer or tumor wasn't what they were looking for would biopsy show?
Ct scan shows mild thickening of terminal ileum, appears chronic in nature, no inflammation. What could cause this? Biopsy ruled-out Crohn's and uc.
