Recently i had an ultrasiund in my abdomen and a fiboide 3 cm and hetereogeneous uterus was found.wich treatment do you suggest i should have?

Do nothing: Just because a fibroid is there does not mean you have to do anything, and 3 cm is not large. Common associated symptoms are heavy periods, pressure, bloating, urinary frequency, and very rarely pain. The symptoms will determine what treatment is indicated.

Observe: For asymptomatic uterine small fibroid in a 41 year old woman, no action needed at this time. Continue observe every few years and make sure no significant change in size.
