It varies: Once metastatic, uterine cancer is unlikely to be cured. Most such patients liver for 12 to 18 months, but some can clearly live longer if they respond well to the treatments being given to her now, which can sometimes add one or two more years to life. But we can not be any more exact in an individual especially not knowing about the extent of her tumors/cancer at present.
