See a REI specialist: You need to see a fertility specialist (reproductive endocrinology and infertility or rei). Adhesions outside the uterus, around the tubes and ovaries, may need in vitro fertilization (ivf) or laparoscopic surgery. If your adhesions are inside your uterus (asherman's syndrome) this needs hysteroscopic surgery. If your uterine cavity is very badly damaged, you may need to use a gestational carrier.

Surgery : Hysteroscopic surgery is an option to fix adhesions in the uterus. Depending on how severe they are will depend on your chance of getting them fixed and becoming pregnant. If they are very severe and not fixable an gestational carrier is always an option. I would recommend seeing a fertility specialist.
