Protein: The only thing that is going to make you get stronger and gain muscle is intense strength training. If you want bigger stronger muscles, tell it through gradually increasing the weight you lift, working out daily for as long as possible and as intense as possible. Support the muscle growth with lean animal proteins and supplemental whey, shoot for 1.5-2g per 1 inch of body height. Get sleep too!

Strong.: In order to become strong, you need a diet that will support a strength training exercise program. This would include ample amounts of lean protein along with complex carbohydrates. Keep saturated fats and trans fats low. It’s small, frequent meals throughout the day (every 2 to 3 hours). And plenty of water along with this high protein intake.
