Change your diet: While multiple things could be causing this; I often see this problem in patients who have either intolerance to certain foods and/or who have gut microbe imbalances. A start would be to cut grains, dairy and legumes from your diet. Also stop all refined sugars. Try to focus on a variety of veggies and lean meats. Limit fruits to one small serving. Take a probiotic daily also.
