Nonspecific pain: it is very difficult to give you any diagnosis without more details about who you are and your menstrual history. This could be something musculoskeletal, it could be gynecologic, it could be even gastrointestinal. How long has this been going on? Is it associated with periods? Have you been examined by a doctor? it might be a good idea. try stretches and heat packs in the meantime.
