Pain on right side: At five weeks of pregnancy, the ovary which produced the egg is very active producing hormones to support the pregnancy. It is tender to pressure and movement. Make sure you have a serum HCG and ultrasound, because pregnancies can reside in your tube, and this should be confirmed by those tests. This is unlikely since there is no bleeding, but get it checked.
