Testicular injury a week ago.. yesterday i went a urologist who check my testicles manually and with ultrasound too but didn't see any abnormality. despite this i still feel that earlier mentioned crampy pain during ejaculation :( what can it be?

Crampy pain during ejaculation is not from the testicle. If at all ,from the prostate area. Did you tell him that and did he check your prostate ? If a Urologist checked you and found nothing wrong then there is nothing seriously wrong. If he did not check it go back and explain your complaint. In the meantime try Sitz baths and Ibuprofen Good luck.

My testicle got injured yesterday from a hit. The severe pain is gone after ~8 min, but since then I feel an occasionly appearing mild stabbing pain. I feel a crampy pain during ejaculation. My testicle isn't swelling and isn't painful to touch?
Urologist noted a small epididymal cyst on the bottom of my right testicle, which I can feel myself. Did ultrasound, no abnormalities noted. However, the cyst wasn't found either. Is it common for epididymal cysts not to show up on ultrasounds?
Thanks doctors. I did see a Urologist. It wad my 3rd seperate one. Visit was for shock like pain in penis, testicles, and pelvis at times. Nothint was found. Sti negative. Cytoscopy negative. Ultrasound clear. What should my next step be?
How would it cost me to go for an ultrasound scan with an urologist, to check for testicle cancer.... if I dont have medical aid?
