Nothing, Sadly: We do not have treatments to save a failing pregnancy except in unusual circumstances. Most miscarriages are genetically abnormal - they have the wrong number of chromosomes. Most of the remaining pregnancies are abnormal for other reasons and only about 7% of miscarriages have both normal chromosomes and normal fetal development. Speak with your doc and follow carefully.
