No: Women with recurrent miscarriages before 8 weeks often suffer from Progesterone deficiency. Your doctor is attempting to support your next pregnancy with Progesterone to reduce your chance of miscarriage. It will not affect your ability to get pregnant. I usually start Progesterone at day 18.

Call your gyn: But Progesterone can delay your period, u need a blood preg test and if - u will need other blood work and an ultrasound.
