Can healthtap send a perscription of generic progesterone to person who needs it ? i lost 2 pregnancies early and tested postive for ovulation at home. i been having unprotected sex so now i want to take the progestrone pill incase i get pregnant.

You should see: your local doctor, for advice and prescription of this nature. Sometimes benefit and harm issue are not clear cut.

Miscarriages: You need to see a physician who can see you personally, and prescribe progesterone if necessary based on other blood tests. It is not good medicine to prescribe a medication unless it is definitely proven to be necessary. Losing two pregnancies for example, although of course emotionally very difficult, is not uncommon, and the next may be OK without adding progesterone.
