Im concerned about a blighted ovum. hcg levels doubling appropriately (every 48h). current hcg 5386, progesterone 12.4, tvus showed 16.3mm empty gestational sac. no yolk sac seen. repeat us in 1 week. any hope of viable pregnancy?

Empty gestation sac : Beyond 6 weeks of pregnancy, pelvic ultrasound should reveal at least a fetal pole if not fetal heart activity. The chances of a normal developing fetus is diminished, given the information provided.
