What does it mean to have a lump on the pancreas? would there be symptoms?

A 19 year old: With a lump on the pancreas is uncommon. More imaging would be helpful, like an MRI (MRCP). An endoscopic ultrasound and possible aspirate of the lump might help in the diagnosis. A skilled interventional GI should be able to help.
