Pancreatic lumps: Fatty live may be related but not likely the issue. Any "lumps" in the pancreas are concerning and should be evaluated. How was it found and there should be another step to identify what it is.

Lump? more info: The interpretation of a 'lump' in the pancreas depends a lot on which type of scan you had. If the likely cause has not been made clear to you yet then I would expect that you will need further scans (possibly and MRI). The fatty liver is likely just an incidental finding and not related.
