Lesion lump bump?: A lesion is something that should not be there. I some places it is call a lump, or a bump or an adenoma or a lipomas. Discuss with your team down there as they often speak funny.

No: A node is a part of your lymphatic system (deals with infections or inflammation) and is usually not palpable or visible unless there is something wrong. A lesion is something that should not be there. A "lump" on the pancreas can be a very serious thing and wold discuss with your GP or whoever ordered the scan for more clarification of what it might be.

Difference: Usually lump is referred to a mass, and the same for a lesion A node is usually referred to lymph node
