Cyst: No they are not always dangerous on occasion they are simple cysts but you do need to have it fully investigated

Pancreas lump?: A mass on the pancreas is not always cancer but should be evaluated. How was if found? CT, US, physical exam, or some technique? However it was found and explained to you it needs to be followed up and diagnosed.
