Have it checked: From your description it seems it is in the abdominal wall.It may be a cyst, lipoma(a fatty tumor)or some other benign tumor.Consult your medical doctor, and have it examined.

Could be many things: Without a good exam, its impossible for me to guess, you should consult with a physician as any new lumps and bumps around the breast should be investigated.
