Is it different pain: having lump in pancreas does not necessarily cause pain unless complicated. Probably pain is coming from some other abdominal structure, or if pain is getting different in character it might be related to some complications of the lump. Seek you doctor advice please.

Surgical advice: Have you consulted a general surgeon? Is there any history of gallstone? Severe abdominal pain warrants further evaluation.
