Suicidal?: Were you trying to kill yourself? If you feel suicidal go to Emergency right away. This drug contains acetaminophen and Nimesulide. It is meant to be taken one or maximum two at a time. Why would you take 6 at once? It will probably not kill you but you may have a severe stomach ache or bleeding. If you develop severe nausea and vomiting or bleeding go to Emergency. Do not take this dose again.
