YES: This is a significant change. Why are you reducing your sleep time? If you normally need ten hours and you reduce to 7-8 you may develop a sleep debt. At 19 you are still at an age when you may need not only more sleep but a later wake time than adults need. It is a fact of life until you hit your mid twenties.
