This is seen.: Ic swimming all the time, in patients with back pain. That is a sign of inflammation, may just be due to whatever is causing your pain, which is accompanied by inflammation of the corresponding muscles and ligaments in the area. Could be arthritis, could be a disk. I would see your physician, I would have an MRI.
