Seek medical care: You are describing a radiculopathy.U may have a herniated disc that caused the back pain and is pressing on the nerves that go to the leg.Weakness/ numbness is evidence of neurologic compromise and needs immediate attention before damage is permanent .Go in to ur doc.

Possible cause of numbness in back of both legs after a shower? Not tingling or weakness but numbness after a shower. Shower water is not hot but warm to lukewarm. Happens only after a shower or time in warm pool, no other time. Bed sitting stops it?
