tender small spot on left last rib above hip bone on the side of my body more towards my back. i can feel a small lump or swelling possibly in the skin it feels like. what causes this area to be so tender to touch? it doesn't hurt to breath move cough etc

See ans: You could have a skin lesion and this could be a cyst or fatty tumor. Best is to see if it changes in size or shape or painful or tender and consult with your doctor.
