Pregnancy Rhinitis: I would suggest non-drug methods first since you are pregnant. Exercising regularly will help, try elevating the head of your bed by 30-45 degrees to help you sleep, and try over the counter nasal strips. There are other meds that can be used but I would prefer that you speak to your Dr about this first because I do not know your medical history, etc. Feel better soon!
