Sounds viral: I doubt going to another doctor is going to make a big difference unless there are new symptoms that weren't evaluated before. This really does sound like it is caused by a virus, and there is no treatment for that except rest fluids and letting your body fight the infection. Some of these viruses are nasty and can last a week. Runny nose, laryngitis (lost voice), fever all speak viral.
