Sounds like: You are suffering from pancreatitis. Hopefully you are reviewing your symptoms with your doctor(s) continually. Unfortunately with a more involved understanding of your exact situation it's more difficult to guide you. As there are many reasons for pancreatitis and nonpancreatitis elevations in a persons lipase.

Ive had left flank pain and severe nausea, vomiting. All bloods normal except one of the enzymes is elevated associated with pancreatitis. What does it mean if only 1 of the two enzymes is elevated? Its either lipase or amylase that is elevated?
Amylase was 208 U/L (ref range 31-110) and lipase was 253 U/L (ref range 13-78). CT of pancreas was normal but have symptoms like nausea, fatty stools, fatigue and weight loss with extreme thirst. Could it be chronic pancreatitis instead of acute?
I was diagnosed with macrolipasemia (fluctuating high lipase numbers) without pathological findings (ct, mrcp) or symptoms (no pain, nausea, vomiting). I rarely drink. Is it safe to drink 1 or 2 beers?
Can acute pancreatits or stone in pancrease (pancrelipase) cause no pain and normal level of amylase lipase can it be so ?
What would cause an elevated lipase test, but normal CT scan of pancreas?
