I suffered from a head injury on 18 november 2014, and underwent a surgery. i am recovering well and was thinking about going to a holiday in hilly areas. can any complication arise due to my past injury?

Well, yes: Paul, it all depends on the type of injury you had. Sounds pretty serious if you had surgery! Be sure that your doctor or the surgeon is OK with whatever you are planning to DO in those "hilly areas", and obviously use all precautions (like a helmet) if you are doing anything dangerous, even biking.
