My wife has bppv.reoccurs frequently even with epley.advances in surgery with lower risk of hearing loss?36 years old, no head injuries, healthy.

Keep looking: Vertigo can have other causes than bppv, such as meniere's disease or migraine, so i would only consider surgery as a last resort. My suggestion would be to do a trial of medications to treat meniere's to see if they help, such as Lasix (furosemide) or acetazolamide.
