Good morning. is there a cream i can use for my lip lesion, that i had for years without surgery? i self injured myself with a needle and my lip been swollen for years now. i'm thinking about doing surgery, but is there any cream for the swelling?

See an dermatologist for exam and treatment. Don't try to use medications on your own. If plastic surgery is indicated, you will be infoemed.
