Take piercing out!: Before you develop the same thing on the outside take the pricing out. If it doesn't subside see a plastic surgeon.

Take out the stud: Im sure the last thing you want to hear is remove the stud but....... If you are already getting a keloid it will only enlarge eventually distorting your whole nose. While I'm sure the nose stud is cute - the risk of permanent deformity is high. Remove the stud and let it heal.

Nasal Keloid: If the Keloid is still small steroid injections to the scar will help it to shrink, in addition to removing the piercing. Pressure to the Keloid can also help. You may be able to find a magnetic type nose 'piercing' that could work for that as well. See a Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist. The issue is that they can grow well beyond the initial trauma, then surgical resection is needed.
