I just got my nose pierced last week and swim season for high school starts in a month. is it safe to swim with a newer piercing in chlorinated water?

Nose ring: Ideally, you should wait two weeks before swimming in order for the ring to heal. The biggest problem can be infection. However, the chlorinated water can irritate the nose and also cause problems.
