See plastic surgeon: I think it is time to seek professional help. Keloids and hypertrophic scars (not the same thing) can be treated with a variety of modalities, but I am not aware of any good home remedies for them. Get it evaluated so you can evaluate the plusses and minuses of the available approaches for you. Good luck!
